~~Watery Wednesday meme entry~~
Twenty feet of floodwaters swallowed these houses, and so much more in a month's worth of rain that poured non-stop for 12 hours in the Philippines over the weekend.
My dear friends, here are a few more links to our desperate brothers and sisters

This week alone, it has responded to 4 emergencies, including those in the Philippines and Indonesia.

scarlet, my dear, i'm sorry i haven't been to your site in a while. i've been busy with THIS. thank you for coming by. these sites should help. thank you so much, and God bless you and your husband.
I came to your blog though Reader Wil’s. When I saw your name I thought you were French as me, are you? Of course first names are sometimes not indicative as mine is Dutch and I am not. Anyway I understand how traumatic all these terrible events are. When we came back from Canada last week many houses in our town had water to their roof tops (only one room in our house had been flooded), but the disaster here in Georgia was not as bad as in Southeast Asia. I am taking notes of the addresses you indicate. It is very good that you do this on your blog. Thank you.
merci, vagabonde. i thank you for coming over and taking note of the links. no, not French, Filipino. my mother's father, a beloved grandfather, gave me my name. so sorry to hear about your house. that georgia flood was also an agonizing experience for many! thank God you are safe. i will be over at your site soon.
I'm truly sorry for all these people who are suffering so much in this tragedy. I will put a link in my side bar to your blog so it is there all the time and will hopefully provide a way for people to help.
We are all in this together Cherie.
I'm finally here. Blogger prevented me for days to add a comment.
So much destruction. So much sadness. Hard to come to terms with.
that is most wonderful, gypsy. thank you so much. God bless you, my friend.
hi, ms. monique. i know. something must be wrong with it again. on another note, the rescuers are really working non-stop in all three countries, and even in vietnam, i would think. i cannot even begin to fathom what i would do had i been in the victims' shoes. thank you so much for coming by.
thanks for sharing this info...until now, i still feel sadness inside..kakalungkot what our kababayans had to go through...
you are welcome, sweet mommy. i hope your family is okay in the philippines! thank you for dropping by!
